Registration and Contribution on ITU website-
Written contributions are pertinent for the eventual success of the group and are strongly encouraged to further the work of the FG-AINN. Written contributions should be submitted to the Secretariat (tsbfgainn@itu.int) in electronic format using the templates available from the FG-AINN homepage. The contribution deadline for the meeting is 4 June 2025.
Participation in the FG-AINN meeting and the Build-a-thon is open to ITU Member States, Sector Members, Associates and Academic Institutions, as well as to any individual from a country that is a member of ITU who wishes to contribute to the work. Participation is free of charge. Remote participation will be provided.
To enable the ITU Secretariat to make the necessary arrangements concerning the organization of the Focus Group meeting and the Build-a-thon, registration at: https://www.itu.int/net4/CRM/xreg/web/Registration.aspx?Event=C-00015246 may be done as soon as possible, but no later than 1 June 2025. Please note that registration is mandatory and carried out exclusively online for both physically present and remote participants for attending the FG meeting . A free ITU account is required for registration and to access the FG-AINN documentation and can be easily created following the instructions in the FG-AINN webpage.
