Work Responsibilities
1. Administration Division’ is responsible for administration, management, and material management related activities of TEC.
- Administration of TEC all activities related to Building & Electrical works.
 - Preparation of weekly / monthly statement regarding major achievements TEC to DoT.
 - Issue of various certificates & maintenance of its record and updating on TEC website thereof.
 - Providing support for various arrangements in extracurricular activities.
 
2. Tender processing
- Labs and other Telecom Equipments.
 - Housekeeping, Hiring of Vehicles.
 - AMC of Computers and peripherals.
 - Printing of TEC magazine, TEC newsletter and technical releases.
 - Stationery items, staff items and contingency items.
 
Other Activities
- Handling of works related to planned Budget/ Annual Action Plan.
 - Processing of Estimates of Civil & Electrical works.
 - Preparation of various periodicals reports / inputs for DoT.
 - Nodal for RTI and Citizens Charter.
 - Works related to maintenance of the TEC building, housekeeping, Vehicle and Canteen.
 - Handling of cases submitted by RTECs and all divisions of TEC.
 - Procurement of Goods and Services as per departmental procedures.
 - Store and inventory management.
 - Housekeeping and building maintenance.
 - Sending various monthly/quarterly Statements/Reports to DoT.
 - Handling of Parliament Questions/Assurances, etc.
 - Providing support for various arrangements in extracurricular activities.
 - Day to day Management of Canteen.
 - Office vehicle management.
 - Conference Rooms bookings/arrangements.
 - Common Pool Vehicle management.
